Last year's inaugural Afterburner Music Festival was a huge success bringing music back to Huntington City beach for the first time in nearly a decade.  It was an incredible addition to Pacific Airshow weekend that delivered a much needed (post-covid) boost to our local small businesses including our great restaurants, hotels and beyond.  We’d like to thank everyone who came out to support this inaugural event!

Unfortunately, delays in obtaining the required approvals from the City of Huntington Beach have resulted in our decision to postpone the next edition of Afterburner until 2023.

We have every intention of bringing Afterburner back in 2023 as a key part of the overall family-friendly festival that includes Pacific Airshow which has become the most attended Airshow in the USA.  We hope, with the support of City Leadership, that we can continue to deliver this event in Huntington Beach and deliver positive results for our residents and businesses.

Pacific Airshow delivers over USD $100 Million Dollars in economic impact to Huntington Beach each year based on an independent study conducted in 2019 by Destination Analytics.  With the addition of Pacific Airshow Gold Coast launching in Australia next year, Pacific Airshow is now the only Airshow in the world with two editions and poised for significant growth.
